Barbora Kotěšovcová graduated with a master's degree from the Fashion and Footwear Design Studio at UMPRUM. In her work she has long focused on form, construction and draping as her main means of expression. She perceives clothing as a space for storytelling developing silhouettes between functionality and sometimes even performative gestures.
In addition to her own creative work she also teaches and is involved in construction practice. In her work she often works with ornamentation, mythology and the creation of her own characters. She is currently focusing on developing her personal visual style.
